Sessions
All scheduled sessions with KUNIE will take place between 10 am and 6 pm during weekdays, and between 10 am to 4pm on Sundays.
All sessions must be completed within 6 months after the date of purchase.
Bookings
All bookings must be made at a week in advance to avoid disappointment. To make an appointment please inform us about the service you require by emailing us or call +971 55 555 4613. All fees are due in full before the start of a consultation, unless otherwise arranged.
Rescheduling
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
• 48 hours before the scheduled time – 25% of the fee will be deducted when refunding the fee.
• Less than 48 hours – 50% of your fee will be deducted when refunding the fee.
• Less than 24 hours – there will be no refund available
Travel Expenses
Travel expenses are extra if the client is based outside of Abu Dhabi, AED 500 to Dubai and AED 1000 for Northern Emirates.
Late Arrivals
Since each reservation is made in advance and the time between reservations is just enough for the preparation of the next appointment, all meetings will end in the scheduled end meeting time, regardless of late arrivals.
Executive Photoshoot
We offer several location options included in the cost of the executive photo shoot session. Please note that additional location fees may apply for shoots conducted outside of Abu Dhabi. Full payment is required upfront to secure your time slot. Refunds are not available, and the service is non-transferable if you are unable to attend on the scheduled day. If your plans change, you are free to reschedule your booking one time only, provided it is
done no later than 24 hours before the initial booking time. Rescheduling later will be treated as a cancellation with a 100% payment penalty.
Ongoing Support
Once your sessions with KUNIE are over, I will continue to provide you with support. Should you have any questions, you can email or Whatsapp/text me. Should you require additiona style advice or shopping support at some point in the future, please contact me to arrange a session.
KUNIE reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by posting revisions on this page.
